Meat farmer in our region

The Salers have their origin in the volcanic mountains of the French Massif Central and belong to the European red cattle. The meat has a fine, tender marbled structure with an approved taste-quality.

Spicy salt grass and the fresh iodine containing North Sea air are the foundation for a healthy and controlled breeding of this robust cattle which are lovingly raised in second generation on the manor Valenbrook near Bad Bederkesa. Between all other kinds of meat and poultry the Salers is our favourite breed
